Rica

Rica’s a 21 year old ‘foreign filipina,’ who was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Filipino scholar from International School Manila and graduated from the Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in communication arts.

Rica is a progressive Pinoy who believes in the power of dreams, whether they’re her own, the people around her or of the Philippines.

Rica dreams of one day becoming a broadcast journalist, host a TED talk, write a book and have her own column.

Rica’s a story teller, which is why she enjoys a good conversation over a cup of coffee, a round of beer or a glass of wine.

Constantly Curious” (formerly known as “Fed up with your indigestion) is a product of Rica’s thirst for knowledge, adventure and meaning. It’s about everything and anything she has currently gotten herself into (which is a lot.) This blog is not only her story but of all the amazing everyday stories she wants to uncover.

Rica has interned with Yahoo! Philippines, a former UAAP/NCAA court side reporter and NU 107.5 University Rock student DJ.

Rica contributes to Rappler.com and ManilaLive.ph

  1. I enjoy reading your blog! By any chance, are you from Ateneo? Ironically, I’m from La Salle, who’s a desperate Ateneo transferee hopeful.

    • Hey Marky! Yes, I believe we did. I must say the same to you about your blog! Hello to a fellow wanderer! I’m in Singapore now until next week. Any suggestions of where to explore? :)

      • I enjoyed food tripping there from Little India to Chinatown. Singapore National Museum was awesome, of course Jurong Bird Park and Sentosa :) – the usual, haven’t explored SG that well yet enjoy.
